Individual Investment

Eligibility

For single applicant 
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

For joint applicants
The first applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum investment

Must be at least RM1,000/- .

Complete Fund Application Forms

  • Trust Account Application Form.
  • Transaction Form – Investment.
  • FATCA/CRS Self-Certification Form (Individual).
  • Personal Data Protection Act Form.
  • Investor Suitability Assessment Form.

Attach the required documents

  • For sole applicant 
    Photocopy of National Registration Identification Card (NRIC), front and back or Passport (for non-Malaysian).
  • For joint applicants
    • Photocopy of National Registration Identification Card (NRIC), front and back or Passport (for non-Malaysian).
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate for joint applicant who is a minor.

Payment

  • Payments can be made using cheque, draft or money order made payable to “Pheim Unit Trusts Berhad”. Please ensure that your name and NRIC Number are written at the back of the cheque; or
  • Pay direct to our account with Maybank at any Maybank branch nationwide (bank account details are printed on the Transaction Form).

Submission

  • Forward the payment or copy of bank-in slip, the application forms and the relevant documents to our Head Office at

Non-Individual Investment

Eligibility

Must be companies, co-operatives societies, sole proprietors, institutions, partnerships, etc.

Minimum investment

Must be at least RM1,000/- .

Complete Fund Application Forms

  • Trust Account Application Form (to affix company’s rubber stamp).
  • Transaction Form – Investment.
  • FATCA/CRS Self-Certification Form (Entity).
  • FATCA/CRS Controlling Person Self-Certification Form (Entity) – if applicable.
  • Personal Data Protection Act Form.
  • Investor Suitability Assessment Form.

Attach the required documents

  • A certified true copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association or its equivalent;
  • A certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration/Licence (Form 8 or 9);
  • A certified true copy of Form 24 (Return of Allotment of Shares or its equivalent);
  • A certified true copy of Form 49 (Return Giving Particulars in Register of Directors/ Managers/ Secretary & Change of Particulars or its equivalent);
  • An original copy of a Board resolution approving investments in the Fund and listing the authorised persons with their specimen signature to effect any instructions pertaining to the Fund; and
  • A certified true copy of Form 13 (Change of Company Name if any);
  • A certified true copy of Financial Statement (Audited);
  • A certified true copy of NRIC/Passport (All representatives authorized to operate the account, all Directors & all Shareholders with shareholding of 25% or more);
  • Any other approvals required from the relevant authorities.

Payment

  • Payments can be made using cheque, draft or money order made payable to “Pheim Unit Trusts Berhad”; or

You must be an existing unit holder of the Fund.

Minimum investment

RM100/-.
