Pheim Asia Ex-Japan Fund (PAXJ)

The Pheim Income Fund is an income fund that aims to provide unit holders with consistent income returns in the medium to longer term.

Fund Characteristics:

Objective of the Fund	PIF aims to provide unit holders with a consistent income return in the medium to longer term.
Investor Profile	PIF is suitable for risk adverse investors who are looking for consistent income while taking lower risks compared to equity investments.
Investment Strategy	Will invest primarily in medium to long term fixed income instruments and also equities and other high yielding instruments subject to a limit of 20%.
Asset Allocation	80% to 100% in fixed income instruments and liquid assets 0% to 20% in equities and equity linked securities
Performance Benchmark	Maybank 1- year fixed deposit rate

Fees and Charges:

Sales Charge	None
Management Fee	1.00% p.a. of the NAV of the Fund. The fee is calculated daily and paid on a monthly basis
Trustee Fee	0.08% p.a. of the NAV of the Fund subject to a minimum fee of RM18,000 (excluding foreign sub-custodian fee). The fee is calculated daily and paid on a monthly basis.
Switching Fee	Free one switch per account per calendar year. Subsequent Switch: 1.00% of the amount switched or RM100, which ever is lower. Switching fee will be deducted from the switching proceed.
